If you choose to order from SCI online, we provide a secure web server to handle the shopping cart checkout process, and all the information you enter onto it is encrypted, so that eavesdroppers on the internet won't be able to obtain your address, telephone number, or credit card number. Only SCI will see this data intact, and we will treat it exactly as described in our Privacy statement. But you don't have to trust the system. We offer a different order form, which you can print, and mail in with a check -- or fax it with credit card information. Current Encryption Certificate information, including serial number, may be obtained by clicking on the Key symbol in your browser once you are viewing the secure Online Order Form (select "How to Order" above). The Certificate is issued by: Secure Server Certification Authority, RSA Data Security, Inc., USA. SCI has been offering sales online since 1997, and to date we have had no reports of any suspected fraudulent activity. Nor have there ever been any incidents of theft or compromise reported by our customers.
